Mr. Papp is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and European Business Law from the University of Vienna, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Papp interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, where he conducted legal research and assisted attorneys with issues involving federal securities laws and enforcement actions. He also previously interned with B.J. Kang Law, P.C., where he supported attorneys on entity formation, tax compliance, and trust restructuring."
