Piero Papp, Esq. is a Junior Associate at B.J. Kang Law, P.C., where he advises on corporate, securities, and tax law matters. His practice includes conducting legal research and drafting memoranda in support of the firm's attorneys and clients across a range of corporate and transactional work.

Mr. Papp is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia. He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.), magna cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law (2025), where he was a member of the American University Law Review. He also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International and European Business Law from the University of Vienna, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Papp interned with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement, where he conducted legal research and assisted attorneys with issues involving federal securities laws and enforcement actions. He also previously interned with B.J. Kang Law, P.C., where he supported attorneys on entity formation, tax compliance, and trust restructuring."
