Ji Yong (James) Min is an associate attorney with expertise in U.S. income tax and corporate law.  Mr. Min provides legal advice to both private entities and individuals and offers tax planning and company formation services.  

Mr. Min is admitted to practice law in Washington D.C and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center, a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from American Washington College of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Emory University. Mr. Min is fluent in English and Korean.

Before working for B.J. Kang Law, PC, Mr. Min gained experience interning with the Chief Counsel at the Office of Tax and Revenue in Washington, DC. He also worked as a student attorney at the Janet R. Spragens Tax Clinic and interned at LG Electronics in Korea, focusing on privacy law, corporate matters, and antitrust issues.
