Seung Hwi (Dustin) Yoon, Esq., (윤승휘) is a Junior Associate at B.J. Kang Law, P.C. Mr. Yoon's responsibilities include conducting legal research on corporate and tax law, drafting legal memoranda, and reviewing various corporate and transactional documents for the firm's attorneys and clients.
Mr. Yoon is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from The George Washington University Law School (2025), where he was a member of The George Washington International Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations from Tufts University (2021). Mr. Yoon is fluent in English and Korean.
Mr. Yoon assists the firm with matters of corporate law, entity formation and taxation, and has particular interest in the intersection between emerging technologies and the law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Yoon interned with the Investor Protection Bureau of the New York State Attorney General's Office, where he drafted memoranda on state investor protection laws and federal securities regulations in relation to cryptocurrency.
